XactDesign is a complete design service built specifically for full-arch, All-on-X immediate load cases. We handle both the pre-surgical provisional design and the post-surgical conversion — so your team stays focused on the patient while we handle the digital workflow.
You submit your records, approve the design, perform the surgery, and send us your post-surgical data. We convert it and send you a print-ready .STL file — designed to fit the implants exactly as placed.

How It Works
Submit Your Records
Upload your CBCT, IOS scans, bite records, and clinical photos through our secure case portal.
We Design the Provisional
Our team designs the full-arch immediate provisional based on your submitted records, incorporating implant positions, occlusion, and aesthetics.
You Approve the Case
We send you the design for review. You confirm fit, aesthetics, and occlusion before we finalize anything. No surprises on surgery day.
Surgery Day
Send Post-Surgery Records
Once implants are placed and stable, send us: pre-surgery IOS upper/lower with bite, Photogrammetry/Grammetry data with fixtures in place, and an IOS tissue scan on white scan bodies.
We Convert & Redesign
We perform the post-surgery conversion using your Photogrammetry/Grammetry data — adapting the provisional design to match the exact implant positions as placed.
Print & Insert Same Day
We deliver the final print-ready .STL file. You 3D print it in-house and insert the provisional the same day — giving your patient an immediate, well-fitting full-arch restoration.
